Institutions of higher education in Illinois are developing innovative programming and partnerships to address obstacles that hinder early care and education practitioners from furthering their education. To address this, Illinois Higher Education Institutions have the opportunity to share information on innovative practices at their respective institutions through Gateways to Opportunity.
