Bilingual Program Coordinator

This position will support the childcare training program to aid in meeting state deliverables through our partnership with Illinois Action for Children. You will have duties in the North and South offices. However, you will only travel to North office a couple time a month as needed on a flexible schedule. The Bilingual Program Coordinator organizes tasks related to English/Spanish training activities in the service area. In addition, the Bilingual Program Coordinator is responsible to support English/Spanish training needs and explore current trends in childcare. Bilingual Program Coordinator has a knowledge base that can help and guide English/Spanish clients in their professional growth. Will need to be available to work some evenings and Saturdays to facilitate trainings. Must have the ability to work in a highly effective team environment.
