Create Inspiring Environments: Build a space that’s as engaging as it is safe and supportive, promoting individualized joyful learning for every child following the Reggio Emelia philosophy.
Lead with Connection: Use a relationship-centered, social-constructivist approach to connect deeply with children, families, and fellow teachers.
Encourage Exploration: Design exciting provocations and explorations, integrating Judaic values into experiences that make Jewish learning unforgettable.
Collaborate and Communicate: Share insights and updates with parents, create visible displays of children’s learning, and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful work culture.
Purposeful Documentation: Collect data and share valuable documentation including daily pictures and videos, narrative progress reports, portfolios, and collaborative problem solving.
