As a Daycare Assistant Director, you play an essential role in our early childhood learning center. Whether you're enrolling new children, transitioning those moving to a new area, or assisting with a problem in childcare, you keep your finger on the pulse of the center. Conscientious about guidelines, you assist with staff scheduling to ensure the proper ratio of children to teachers, and you check in on our teachers to see that they are adhering to DCFS requirements. Encouraging in your approach, you help train new employees and inspire them to do their best for the children we serve.
