What is a Professional Development Advisor?
A Professional Development Advisor (PDA) is an experienced professional in the field of early care and education who can assist you with planning and achieving your career goals. PDAs can guide you through developing a Professional Development Plan. They know about colleges and universities in your area that offer coursework in early childhood and can help you decide which credential or certification would be best for you.
Not sure you need a PDA or have other questions about the program? Send us a message or call Gateways at (866) 697-8278 and ask for the PDA Program.
If you are an owner or director of a early care and education program you can request an advisor to work with your whole staff. Ask us about Center Advising.
